Oh I love this place so much, you would have your price beach right in front of your villa, they provide you tools for bbq, they have pool as well. So far this is value for money, my family loves it. Oh ya for villa the capacity is only 8 person, you would need extra charge for additional person. Would come back here soon

The property was in a good condition. The pool was nice and the beach was great. Staff are very friendly. They also provide various information on the nearby interesting objects and provide various activities at the site such as table tennis, table soccer, board game, beach valley ball, soccer ball, surfing board, etc.

Very satisfied with the service, the hotel area is clean, the staff is friendly. The road to the hotel is downhill but still safe. Recommended for family vacations. Thank you ocean queen.

Saat kami datang. 11 orang. Bungalow yang kami pesan yang terjangkau di 3 br. Harga 1.7 juta via aplikasi. Begitu nongol langsung di tanya berapa orang pak?. Saya jawab 11. Bapak ngga bisa stay di 3 br kalo sebelas. Karena maksimal 6 orang. Jadi bapak harus bayar tambahan. Manager baru ini (saya tau dari pegawai beberes kamar). Namanya Andi. Mukanya asli ngeselin karena saya juga kesel baru sampe dari Jakarta. Kok gitu mas. Ya pa ini aturannya kalo ngga percaya saya telpon admin kantor katanya. Namanya Hana. Telpon diberikan ke saya. Dan simsalabin saya harus nambah 1.050.000. Karena dihitung orang dan nambah kasur berikut pindah ke 4 br. Hi. Ocean. Saya ngga sekali ya nginep di sini. Saya nggrutu curhat ke pegawai namanya saya lupa. Dan bener aja dia bilang mereka emang kayak gitu pa. Dulu aja pernah dibentak tentara masalah yang sama. Bu Neli. Pa Nicholas. Tolong perhatikan karyawan Andi dan Hana itu ya. Saya tidak akan lagi nginep di Ocean ini.

The place is quite comfortable, clean, minus there are no plugs in the room for 2 rooms, so it's hard to charge the cellphone if you lie down on the next bed, do you have a plug in the room, please hehe.

There are many things that need to be fixed. The location for going up/down the location is quite steep but there is no guide, even when you want to go up, the security leaves you, what if you run into a vehicle. Very dangerous. The service is very unsatisfactory, even seems ignorant and takes advantage of the moment. I deliberately ordered a 3BR which is in front of the pool so I can control the children while swimming, but instead I exchanged it for another room near the beach. With the reason that the room we booked was filled with someone else. The room is indeed bigger, but too big for us who are only 5 people and the majority of children. The rooms are old buildings, need to be repaired, the cleanliness is also lacking, both in the room and on the beach. The beach is not recommended for swimming, as it is steep and the waves are big. And also poorly maintained. The hotel environment is also not maintained, the grass is tall and not well organized.

Initially, the order for a normal room to be transported was written that a minimum of 3 people after arriving had to be 2 people. Finally, we upgraded to a villa with 4 rooms so far so good, all complete furniture, really fitting for the “family… although at first it was a bit tough to make a deal” and the price was for an upgrade but The cool thing is that we can get a win win solution and the manager finally understands. Thank you queen resort.

Check-in at 10 pm. It's too late. Pay for extra bed but don't get pillow. The running water is very small. Maybe because it's full. No. tv. No wifi. Dirty beach. The receptionist is not friendly.

Very unsatisfactory, the room is only 2 people, bring the child to pay again. The room air conditioner is not cold so there is a fan. Want to take a shower in the morning the water doesn't turn on, the electricity turns off. Really dissatisfied vacation.

Jalur masuknya, turunan extrim. Kepikiran pulangnya bisa nanjak apa gak. Foto di aplikasi & realnya ada extra bed, sampe sana disuruh bayar extra bed sama receptionist nya.

The rooms are spacious, there is an additional charge for an extra bed for children over 5 years old. The garden, playground and swimming pool are clean. The beach is not normal for swimming to the middle but enough to play in the sand and waves on the edge with the children.

In general the resort is clean, but the beach is dirty, there is a lot of garbage scattered around, it's a shame, even though it's a private beach. No resort staff wear masks. The driveway is very steep, think again if it's an old year car, I'm nervous. So I don't dare to go out to buy food, for example, because the entrance to the hotel is very steep. If you want to isolate yourself from the crowd, it's very fitting, there is no TV, no wifi. He said there was wifi but only in the front office and restaurant area. Oh yes, the officer offered dinner at almost 8, it didn't seem like it was intentional hehe.
