The room was nice & clean, the staff really helpful about my request, the food for breakfast & room service really tasty, you can see sunrise from the balcony.

Paid for 2 nights, but because of some obstacles I asked to cancel the second night. After communicating with the hotel staff with a very slow response, they finally said they could not refund. Because of that, I finally asked for my money that had been entered for a 1-night stay of 1.5 million to be exchanged for buying food at the restaurant. But I was very disappointed, I was only given a food voucher worth 200 thousand.
The view is indeed good. But the cleanliness of the room is lacking. There is a lot of dirt in the corners, especially the bathroom. Then the sliding door in the bathroom makes it difficult because one door closes 2 rooms, the closet and the shower. There is no TV. The breakfast food is not delicious. The breakfast is a la carte.

The place is good, views of the mountains and lake at the same time, you can see the sunrise from the hotel. Very beautiful view. At night it's really cold outside. Tips: Bring a jacket.

Not kids friendly, the door is still damaged and not ready to open properly, the bathtub is not private, things in the toilet break easily, not worth the pricey room price

This hotel is actually not yet ready for sale because it is still under construction. From 8 am to 8 pm, the noise is incredible. You won't be able to rest and relax in your room during those hours. Very disappointed with the hotel management who insisted on selling rooms when the hotel was still under construction.

I just don't like the blanket, a bit rough, but the rest is good. It just can't be used for old people with lots of stairs, luckily I'm still strong enough to go up and down.
