The best hotel, great service, very clean, even without request the room was cleaned, cool! The room is very comfortable, close to Serimpi souvenirs, Jogger, in front of the hotel there is Alfamart, safe car parking access, it's better here without thinking about anything else, just choose this if you are in Kuta 🥰

The second time I stayed here, because the location and the hotel are strategic for me to be able to stay at this hotel, but yesterday was the second time I had an unpleasant experience regarding having to pay additional fees because my child is 16 years old, even though I bought it on Traveloka with a note of age 16 years old and a choice of 3 people, but still had to pay on the spot for 4 nights, complaints to Traveloka were not responded to, the hotel also argued that they still had to pay ...

The hotel is quite comfortable. The hotel is clean. The room is clean. The bathroom is also clean. The breakfast is quite delicious even though there are only a few variations. It is also close to find food outside. And there are many sellers.

Last year I got a room with a pool view, that's why I came back here, but I don't know if I booked it wrong, this time I got a view of my neighbor's house hehehe. All the staff are nice, the receptionist, the security are very helpful. Maybe the employees in the restaurant should not talk too loudly, it's a bit noisy. Because the voices of Indian guests are already very noisy. Hopefully it will be noticed. Thank you for your service.
