The place was very clean and comfortable. There is a mini market (indomaret) beside the house. The location is perfect, only 3 minutes walk to the Alun-alun Batu. It also has fully equipped facilities, such as TV, hot shower, towel, and breakfast; only for 260k. Very affordable. The breakfast was soto ayam.

The staff are friendly, check in is allowed less than an hour, very family friendly, most importantly close to everywhere to Alun-alun Batu, just walk. Across the street from the inn is Mie Gacoan, next to Indomaret. The location is very strategic.

Very nice, friendly staff. If you want to go to Alun-alun Batu, just walk. It's close, with places to eat are also close, Indomaret is right next to it, parking is safe.

highly recommend this hotel for families or couples. the vibes are very homey. with a very very affordable price. close to everywhere (alun-alun, jtp, indomaret, gacoan etc.). the breakfast is delicious and warm. only the parking lot is narrow.

Just stay here once, the check-out hours are limited so it's like a boarding house kid who has to go home before 12 midnight because the gate is closed even though I want to play in Malang until who knows what time, the staff also informs with an unpleasant tone and a face that tends to be impolite. The bathroom closet is dirty as if it hasn't been cleaned because there are dirt spots on the toilet hole. The room size is also small, the extra bed is also a small bed even though it's added 80k.
