first time staying here, the price is affordable.. very comfortable and beautiful, the environment is also quiet, very close to the city center, 5 minutes to Malioboro.. basically, it is recommended to stay here

Doesn't match expectations. The price isn't worth it. There is no hot water. The staff is friendly, it's just the property that's not suitable. Alley road access, there are pigeon & chicken coops. Don't want to come back again.

The place is comfortable, really suitable for those who want to take a break from the tiredness of the world :) minus the wifi doesn't get a good signal :) the rest is really good, the person guarding it is also very friendly :) next time if you want to be alone come here again :) .

Kamar hotel secara all nyaman untuk menginap hanya beberapa bagian di kamar mandi seperti wastafel yang tidak terawat. Nyaman ada tempat duduk bersantai di luar kamar. Hotel berada di gg sempit sehingga tidak leluasa membawa kendaraan motor (harus di tuntun kedlm). Kami hampir seminggu menginap tp tidak rutin di sediakan air mineral dan penjaga tidak selalu standby saat km butuhkan. Agar lebih baik ke depannya lagi. Terima kasih.

Masuknya jalan kaki 50 m melewati kandang burung ayam, sangat bau. Banyak kotoran hewan. AC tidak dingin sama sekali, hanya angin saja. Engap sekali jadi masuk angin. Sangat tidak direkomendasikan apalagi untuk keluarga.

The hotel is good for that price, quiet, no fuss. The room is clean, there are toiletries and towels as well as water. The staff are friendly. Even though it goes a little into the residential area, it's not far from Malioboro, it's only a 5-minute walk, the residents are very friendly when we pass by. Oh, here you can order food 24 hours and it's cheap, it's really good for a stomach problem if you're too lazy to find food. My advice is to add hot water for bathing, it must be perfect, the rest is really okay.

In my opinion, in terms of homestays with the cheapest prices, as neat and clean as they are very good. Close to Malioboro even though it's in an alley but it's better for cleanliness and price. Thank you
