The cleanliness of the room and bathroom is okay. The sheets are also clean and don't smell. The wardrobe smells a bit because it's rarely used. There is AC. There is hot water. The TV can't be used because there is no signal. The wifi is fast. The hotel lobby is not very clean and there are lots of things scattered around, maybe because it's under renovation, but the room is safe. The atmosphere is nice in the morning. Worth it if it's for families and going to the Kaliurang area. But if you go to Malioboro, it's a bit far. Thank you.

Comfortable room, strong hot water, various TV channels, only the bed had liquid marks, it seems it needs to be washed specially, and the receptionist should be a bit friendlier, overall I enjoyed staying here, the price is cheap but not cheap

Have stayed here 3x. If you suddenly come to Jogja, definitely come here. Cheap, clean, spacious mattress for 2 adults and one child. Wifi okay. Note; There are no toiletries, just a small bar of soap. The gate opens and closes itself. If you come home at night you have to go around. Will it come back? Yes At that price it's still suitable.

The guest house has no reception staff. When I arrived, I was only served by children. I brought a car, the gate must be opened and closed by the guest themselves. The room was not cleaned the next day. The sheets and towels were not replaced. Mineral water was also not added. The bathroom also seemed to be rarely cleaned.
