The room smells of cigarettes. The bathroom has cigarette butts and cockroaches as well as soap trash from previous guests. On the second day, the TV was dead and I tried WA but there was no response. There is only 1 plug at the end of the room. The bathroom has no door. The AC is quite cold, the water heater is nice. The water is yellow. There is no guard there. So it's difficult to check in and out. You have to call first.

Minuses: - no hotel nameplate. - receptionist not on standby. - toilet still smells of urine. Pluses: - spacious room, cool air conditioning still included. - there is a sofa. - early check-in possible (13.30).

The room is quite big. And the location is very strategic.

The bathroom cleanliness is lacking.

When I stayed here in room F, the cleanliness of the bathroom was not well monitored, there were insects (cockroaches and centipedes), the toilet flush button didn't work and the toilet was still dirty, the water wasn't clean enough but over time it was quite good, I like the water heater that works well, the plus points are the spacious room area, the room doesn't smell, the bed is clean, the TV works, the AC is quite cold even though the remote button is gone lol, I also like the atmosphere of the hotel, the surrounding area is also close to Indomaret and Pasar Baru station, for the price it's worth it in my opinion. The only thing that needs to be considered again is the cleanliness of the bathroom.

Access to a dirty, muddy old building from outside is just an ordinary place, above is a futsal field, but once you go inside it's like entering another dimension, economical prices, clean place, clean rooms, spacious, hot water works. The hotel is in a slum area, already in a noisy room because above it there is a futsal field. For the building is an old hotel building like in the 90's era.
