The bathroom was dirty, the lights didn't turn on (no lights), when I checked in I was asked for an additional fee even though it was clear in the application that I had paid, I was disappointed, it's better not to stay here.

Prices are not the same, rooms have lots of fleas, ugly.

Very bad, the mattress is full of stains and smells.

Apart from that, The room is very filthy! The beds were very smelly and full of bugs, I even asked for a new bed sheets but even new sheets couldn't cover the smell of the bed and pillows! And even worse there's a used towel that is very smelly in the bathroom! The most unacceptable fact is that I've found inappropriate things with a handful of other trashes under the bed. Apparently they don't bother to check the trashes under the bed 🤔.

Saya sudah booking by app, pas mau check in malah dibilang sudah penuh dan kami ditinggalin sama penjnganya. Saya gak terima akhirnya mereka minta uang tambahan yang awalnya 300 ribu tapi saya gak mau, akhirnya turun lagi jadi 180 ribu tetap saya gak mau, turun lagi jadi 100 ribu tapi saya tetap gak mau, dan akhirnya kami dikasih kamar yang AC nya rusak, gak dikasih handuk, kasurnya gak dikasih sprei, TV gak ada, kipas angin juga gak ada. Seandainya tiket hotel gak mahal-mahal udah pindah dari penginapan itu. Pengalaman terburuk saya di penginapan yang sangat buruk pelayanannya dan fasilitasnya! Buat yang lainnya mending pikir 2x untuk nginap di penginapan ini, jangan sampe hal yang sama terjadi lagi🥺

I got a room that I didn't rent. I rented a good one, it didn't really fit. The toilet doesn't have flash.

Kotor, sprei kelihatan kotor dan tidak dicuci dengan benar. Lantai kotor. Kami datang langsung disambut oleh kecoa. 2 jam setelah check in langsung check out dan pindah penginapan
