it was very nice place. the hospitality was great. room was clean and tidy. not far from the iconic Tugu. I would recommend you to stay here. I was told by the owner (host), the lobby and its tile are from 19th century. but the room is modern. so you don't have to worry. :)

The pillowcases and bad covers are not replaced, the pillow smells a bit :( the rest is nice.

Lokasi: strategis. Kritik dan saran: saat ada tamu ngga ada yang menjaga di lobby gatau karena sistem nya seperti itu atau gimana. Saran: 1. Untuk kamar sebenernya nyaman akan tetapi mungkin untuk sprei, bantal, kasur bisa dijemur terlebih dahulu. Atau bisa di laundry sekalian. 2. Untuk pintu kamar mandi mungkin bisa segera diperbaiki. 3. Untuk AC agak lumayan tidak terasa. Overall semuanya baik. Bisa dipertimbangkan lagi sarannya.

It's not clean enough, the bathroom door is broken and can't be closed. With the existing facilities, the price should be under 100 thousand.

Kamar mandinya kotor banget. Yang di kamar samping resepsionis. Seprei, bed cover juga kotor cuma dibalik aja. Kebersihannya kurang banget. Ngga dapet perlengkapan mandi juga. Handuk juga udah jelek.

Instead of getting a comfortable and affordable hotel: the toilet has clumps of hair, the trash cans haven't been thrown away by other residents, the water heater doesn't work. Then moved rooms, it turned out that the water heater was also not working, and when it was raining heavily the room leaked at the table. Because it's tired and late at night, so thank you, Golden Inn, I hope the toilet can be cleaner and the wallpaper if you can change it to a match, not striped. Sorry there are no photos, guys, the problem is that it's really bad, but I can't do anything huhu. Turns out there is a price, there is quality, huh?

Cleanliness might be improved again, and the AC, if possible, can also be considered because yesterday was really not cold. maybe that's all .. hopefully this input can make the service of this hotel even better ..

The facilities are not okay at a price of almost 280 thousand / night staying for 4 nights can not get mineral water, only 1 towel, the bathroom is not clean because of the old building huh. The room walls are also damp.

Very bad service. I came all the way from the opposite island with the intention of going on a trip to stay in a comfortable place. I came at 12 noon. come there, intend to check-in, well here i am annoyed. I ordered for 1 person. but I have guests with me, said the mothers on guard, I can visit but can't take a shower. Wiw can't take a shower, the reason he uses water is crazy, even though I already said. I checked-in just for taking a shower. Because in the afternoon I went again to another city, that night I didn't stay there. I was boking 2 nights. just to get a servant like this, I swear, don't try. Other than that. there is no parakeet place, the place is very narrow.

The room had a cockroach (although it was finally replaced but it's disgusting !!) - The towels were not replaced, even though I stayed 3 nights. Disappointing - Odol was not given - Room smells a bit Overall Very, very disappointed with Golden Inn. Score 1/5, highly not recommended!
