It&#39;s just not clean, the faucet room water is dirty, the bed is also not clean, dusty. But with the current price, it's still the best. The place is spacious and beautiful. The only thing lacking is not clean and not well-maintained.

This accommodation is not livable, no receptionist when I checked in at 7pm, very dark. Cleanliness is very dirty, very poorly maintained. No toiletries, towels. AC is not cold at all. It should be that after a lot of bad reviews and not worth it, don't sell it again in the application, it feels like you have been cheated and cannot be refunded. bad.

Sumpah jelek banget dan tidak terawat. Sayang sama sekali. Mohon untuk yang punya, di renovasi. Jangan Terima uang dengan harga mahal tapi bangunan dan fasilitas lain tidak mendukung. Kami menginap 2-3 Mei 2022. Sangat jelek dan kecewa. AC mati. Rumah tidak terawat. Pohon pohon kaya hutan gelap. Kolam renang tak terawat.

First come. Only greeted by 2 guards. No receptionist, no room service. There are no restaurants. As soon as you enter there is a parking excavator. Super dark area. Stuffy room. Was asked by the guard "do you want to move?" but because I already ordered on the D day, instead of deducting the funds. Yes, it's been accepted. One more. AC only wind. Not cold.

1. Check in, receptionist kosong. 2. Harus punya nomor penjaganya kalau mau check in. 3. Harga aplikasi tidak sesuai dengan real (untung ngg disuruh bayar lebih) 4. Kolam renang tidak diurus (kotor) 5. Ruangan disapu menunggu orang check in. 6. Lampu rusak. 7. TV tidak dalam keadaan siap pakai. 8. Ruangan kotor. 9. Perabotan rusak.

Worst place to stay, arrived at 10Pm front office was closed got offered another villa but was way too big for only two people, the actual villa we were supposed to get was fully booked. Still gor charged even though office was closed and disnt stay at the location.

Disadvantages: Butek bathtub water, fortunately there is still a shower and the sink drain is broken, cannot be used, the swimming pool water is green as if it is poorly maintained, only 1 room AC works. Pros: The atmosphere is still beautiful, Many beach places to travel, the condition of the room and mattress is good, the TV is also OK, the CS is friendly. Suggestion: Please improve more facilities for the convenience of guests so that visitors' interest can come back here to stay again. Points: 80.

Rotten. The price of messages in the app is 2050. The bathrooms all didn't work, the water was bad + dead, we were transferred to another unit. The swimming pool cannot be used, WiFi does not work.
