The room was not ordered, the room was never cleaned. 3 nights stay with the same bed linen, and instead my wife borrowed a broom to clean the room.

The room was damp and smelly, the bathroom was dirty, he said there was no warm water, the bed linen was yellow and damp as if it hadn't been changed, even though I took 4 rooms. Really disappointing.

The hotel room is dirty, on the mattress are many small ants and no direct towels are provided. Can only ration 1 towel for 1 room. Very disappointing. Receptionist service is not friendly.
