The price listed is different from the actual price. WiFi does not reach the room, only the front, no mineral water. If the rooms and others are good, that's the only problem that is different.

Order the same 3 rooms, 2 are given different rooms, there is an additional fee of 20 thousand for each child, the service is not good.

The air conditioner is broken, the message in the application is 200 rb, eh at the receptionist, bringing the child, he gets charged again for 20 k. It should be shown in the policy. Don't trap the customer, you can't get a refund. Please re-select the hotels that are included in the list so that the customer is not trapped.

This hotel has good location but service is not good. First time check in we open room by self. The receptionist only gives the room key and shows the direction of the room location. We turn on our own AC contacts located outside us. There are no towels, we asked the staff, but they told us to ask the interns. Interns give towels taken from the clothesline. There are no toiletries, because we bought a hotel through OYO, it is not provided. Hot water doesn't work. The bed made krek krek. Oh. I just knew syariah service like that.

The service was not satisfactory, because buying via the application was asked for additional money by the owner, no drinks (water) were prepared, especially we entered at 9 pm and left before 9 am. The insects come out of the bathroom, used tissue is still on the floor of the room 😫

Not according to the price listed in the application with the one at the hotel, the hotel asks for an additional fee from the price listed on Traveloka, not given a toothbrush, no ac remote, the rest is good.
