the bathroom door was perforated, the water in the sink did not come out, the bed linen was dirty, and the air conditioner was not there, so if you want to turn on the air conditioner you have to borrow it to the receptionist first

The bathroom smells of towels only one foot mat not using a cloth mat, but rubber. One of the floors check when coming out of the bathroom. The sleep light is not on. There is no hot water.

the location is nice and easy to find, the room is quite comfortable too, but the air conditioner isn't cold, the TV is all cenel many ants are confused about what to watch, then the pillow smells of sweat people end up sleeping without wearing a pillow, the bathroom shower broke so the water went everywhere .. the toilet was given room deodorizer to feel at home there ...

The staff is nice even though checking in late at night is still being served friendly, minus that the pillow smells bad at the bathroom door can't be closed tightly so there is a gap seen when fitting the shower

The staff are friendly, I checked in at 2 pm immediately welcomed by the staff, the morning was also lent a motorbike because I wanted to buy toiletries at Indomaret. Disappointing, there were no toiletries such as soap or toothbrushes, no mirrors, the electrical plugs were covered with beds so if I wanted to plug in the charger I had to slide the bed first, when I use the electric hairdryer it immediately plummeted, even though my hair dryer had low voltage.

very, very disappointing. The condition of the room and outside the room does not match in the photo. The reality is very grim and dim. Around 10 minutes I arrived, the electricity went out and until an hour still did not turn on. There were no signs of regret from the receptionist. Finally I decided to check out that night even though I had booked for 2 nights (without refund). The receptionist seemed to consider it natural and trivial. I do not recommend this place.
