Trapping the customer's name. Asked for money again when checking in? I asked what to do, the answer is not clear. At first, they said to do laundry, then to close the promo price, then changed, management was told to fix the price. Huh? joke. It's not just me, my front room guests are like that too. I told the management to call, instead they called, but they were thrown and thrown. What a trap. The previous guest's towels have not been taken yet still hanging.

Regretted ordering here because the promo discount was still being withdrawn and the mattress was still wrapped in plastic so it wasn't very comfortable to sleep on.
