I booked 4 rooms, only 3 rooms were available, they argued that the 3 rooms were equivalent to the price of 4 rooms, that was the same as cheating, but at that time it was already late at night so we were forced to check in,

The hotel staff was rude, knocking on the room repeatedly without knowing if the person was resting or what. Knocking continuously… the AC was cold, but the room was not clean. The water was smooth. Then the officer seemed suspicious that we were not a legal couple. Before checking in, the guests should be checked in detail, so as not to disturb the guest's privacy…

Kamar kotor bau asap roko yang nempel banget dbaju, lemari kasur jelek sprei kotor, wc pintu rusak, AC ga bisa di atur, wifi ada tp tidak dibayar pemilik 😅.

The bedroom was dirty, the wood on the mattress was full of termites and climbed into the mattress. It's also time to replace or wash the pillow because it is very dirty and smells musty and sweaty. The walls of the room can be seen in the photo, the AC needs to be serviced because it is no longer cold. For the bathroom there is no problem, it's safe. Even though cheap rooms should at least be clean, not dirty like this.

The economic room is not included if the bathroom and toilet are outside the room. After coming to the guesthouse I just found out, I asked to move to the standard but the AC was not cold. I asked to move again but the room was full, but after several hours fortunately there was an empty one. I hope that the quality of this guesthouse will be improved again. So as not to disappoint customers who order via the online application.
