The price is cheap when you order. Not bad for sleeping only. Ac wifi works, only sheets and towels are not clean, the rest is much better. Hopefully later the room can be repaired again so that it can be the same as the one on the 1st floor.

Hari ke-3 nginep di Catellya dan minta pindah kamar ke 201. Alhamdulillah ramah semua stafnya. Kamarnya juga lebih bagus dari yang di bawah. Seprainya masih baru, furniture nya juga masih baru. Padahal beberapa bulan yang lalu kamarnya masih dalam tahap renovasi semua yang di lantai 1. Hanya tinggal diperbaiki saja bagian eternitnya karena ada yang bernoda bekas rembesan air dari atas. Mungkin bisa dicat kembali. Oh iya air panasnya ga berfungsi ketika saya mandi, mungkin gasnya pas abis. Semoga bisa makin bagus ya Catellya supaya saya bisa menginap lagi di sini saat ke Bandung

Jelek banget, pembayaran ga bisa pake debit/credit card termasuk qris, kamar bau apek lembab, cat tembok udah tekelupas, malem malem masih ada pembangunan renovasi padahal udah jam istirahat.

Untuk harga 100ribuan termasuk bagus sebenernya. Saya menginap di kamar 102. 1. Fasilitas lumayan memadai, dan kamar juga cukup luas, 2. Air minum, handuk dan alat mandi sudah disediakan, 3. AC masih terlihat baru dan berfungsi dengan baik, 4. Suasana cukup tenang, cocok untuk tempat istirahat. 5. Bapak yang dibagian lobby juga baik dan sangat membantu, hanya ada beberapa hal yang mungkin harus diperhatikan dan diperbaiki untuk ke depannya. 1. Karena pintu kamar terbuka jadi banyak nyamuk dan lantai jadi kotor banyak debu apalagi saat saya dateng sedang lagi ada renovasi dibagian atas, 2. Sprei, sarung bantal dan handuk dari segi warnanya sudah tidak layak dipakai atau sudah kusam, 3. Selimut juga tidak layak pakai seperti sudah lama tidak dicuci, 4. Lantai kamar mandi, closet seperti tidak pernah disikat jadi licin dan kotor, 5. Ketika malam keluar bau tidak sedap dari closet seperti penuh dan keluar air seperti meluap dari ubin bagian bawah kloset dan bau septic tank, 6. Water heaternya tiba-tiba ga panas lagi airnya padahal masih terlihat baru mesinnya, 7. Untuk cleaning servisnya coba dicek laci di bawah tv kamar 102. Sangat kaget saya ketika liat botol bir, vodka, puntung rokok dan entah apa itu ada di dalam sana. Silahkan dicek. Selebihnya sudah sangat lumayan dengan harga murah bisa istirahat dengan tenang.
