Kamar kotor banget, kasur banyak tungau gabisa tidur, kamar mandi super kotor shower rusak, ac rusak giliran di komplain malah si yang jaga malahan ngambek aneh banget, lantai juga ga ada sama sekali kaya di sapu item semua kaki pas masuk.

Ac bocor. Seprei Kurang Bersih. Setiap hari Kamar Tidak di bersikan sama Staff. Nggak ada Handuk.

The service was very bad, the staff gave me the key with my left hand while pointing at the room. Very unethical. When I entered the room, no towels were provided, even then I had to ask for one and was only given 1. When I wanted to shower the water was empty, maybe I only spent about 20 minutes in the room and immediately checked out. When I wanted to take my ID card and complain about their treatment, they pretended to be nice. He claims to be sharia but he treats customers like the devil. Don't ever want to stay here, the service is bad!

Then the Wifi didn't reach the room. It's really great, I paid 150 thousand per night. It's really cheap, what do we expect from that price, but I've stayed in lodgings with similar prices but the quality is really far away.

Pengalaman pertama kali menginap di sini, datang ke Jogja dengan niatan honeymoon. Ada kekecewaan di sini dari fasilitasnya mulai dari TV yang tidak bisa menyala, kran yang tidak konsisten keluar air, tidak ada toilletriest, handuk disediakan 1, banyak sekali peraturan yang harus di setujui dan terdapat denda jika melanggar dan sepreinya sudah mulai usang dan banyak bercak noda. Tapi kamar bersih, terdapat dapur dan ruang tamu yang disediakan. Penginapan ini satu komplek dengan rumah pemilik jadi jika ingin check in/check out bisa langsung ke rumah beliau, beliaunya juga ramah.

We stayed 3 N here, the hotel was quite comfortable, the manager was friendly, the location was strategic. The price is cheap. Excellent.

Saat mau check in prosesnya lumayan lama karena penjaganya sedang pergi jadi saya menunggu dulu. Dapet kamar yang air panasnya rusak sudah komplain 2x katanya teknisi datengnya pagi tapi ternyata sampe siang sampe mau check out masih belom bisa air panasnya, remot ac mungkin habis batre agak sulit untuk menghidupkan dan mematikan ac, tv acaranya cuma 1 channel yang masih bisa ditonton yang lain abu-abu semua. Mungkin antenanya kurang bagus. Kurang bersih juga spreinya ada noda bintik kuning dibagian ujung-ujungnya walau gak banyak tapi kalau melihat seperti itu pasti risih, sprei juga jadi tanggung jawab tamu harus bersih pas check out sampe di cek spreinya kotor apa enggaknya. Area smokingnya juga tidak ada kalau mau merokok harus di luar gedung. Wifinya tidak tau ada apa tidak tapi saya gak dikasih tau. Tapi masih okelah karena harganya yang juga memang murah.

My advice is that people like this shouldn't be hired because it will only make things worse, I'm even sure if a guest checks out he won't change the blanket and new sheets. And the owner should always check the cleanliness of each room before other visitors come, especially the sheets and blankets.
