Kotor, sepertinya tidak dibersihkan dahulu sebelum tamu datang. Handuk, sabun, keset, tisu tidak tersedia. Sprei warna putih sudah berwarna kecoklatan, dan bau 😔. Tidur di kasur yang peernya sudah menonjol-menonjol bikin badan sakit. Mau bagaimanapun seharusnya kebersihan jadi yang utama. Apakah karena harganya murah? Tapi dengan harga murah apakah pelayanan kamar rendah? Harusnya tergantung pengelolaan ya. Ya mudah-mudah diperbaiki. Lokasi di tengah kota dan strategis, harusnya itu bisa dijadikan modal bagus untuk kamar yang baik, biar pelanggan yang niatnya staycation/ liburan ala-ala ransel gak cuma sekali dateng ke sini dan kapok.

There is no warm water, bath soap and towels. We have contacted the receptionist to ask for amenities even though there will be an extra fee later. We were only asked to wait, but until the next day we checked out, the amenities were not given.

The bed was dirty as if it had been used by another customer and not replaced, only the tissue box had no contents and no towels, the balcony was dirty and there were lots of cigarette butts from the previous customer. Very bad service.

The hotel is not clean, dirty, then there are no towels, the hotel people are also not friendly, bad service. I don't recommend staying here, it's really cheap, but not really everything.

Lots of worms/maggots in the toilet. It has been watered, it still appears, it has been cleaned and the staff still appears, there is no soap, toothbrush, toothpaste and towels, but the receptionist is very friendly.
