very bad, the first time regretting renting a hotel at traveloka, the view is okay, but the service is very bad, the cleanliness is also bad, and the security is also bad, the staff is very indifferent and doesn't care, they are also very unprofessional, in the room next to the bed I found a bare cable which I asked the staff they were not sure whether the cable was active or not, then I asked for a test pen they made many excuses in the end because they were afraid the staff took the initiative to cover it with yellow duct tape and the cover was also not very proper so it was still dangerous, I was afraid because I brought a small child, the cleanliness is also very bad, I just found out that if you book through the application there is no water heater facility or the water heater is deliberately turned off, the water makes you itchy, the mattress is hard like a rock, the point is this is my worst experience while using Traveloka.

I have already told the receptionist that the guest in the next room is drying their clothes there, I don't expect much with the cheap price but at least it's clean, the room is quite good.. the bathroom here has very cold water WITHOUT hot water. so don't be surprised if the water is cold when washing your face or cleaning yourself because it's stone haha, the rest is quite good. only the bathroom needs to be fixed. the hose suddenly comes off, the sink tap suddenly squirts

Easy access to the main road, pocket-friendly price, there is a swimming pool, get a room on the 3rd floor with a mountain view. needs maintenance and rejuvenation to make it more attractive.

check in with family suites room type but when asked at the front office how many people. I answered 2 it turned out we were given a room with one bed with room conditions like a hotel entrance. the bathroom was very inadequate and we complained finally given a family room but still not worthy of being called a hotel because the remote bed was very dirty and dusty. the bathroom was only given a small bucket like in prison. there was no hot water there were cockroaches in the room. towels were also mediocre

The water tap was broken, the door handle was rusty, the Wi-Fi couldn't reach the room, many of the facilities were broken, there was no hot water, only relying on the swimming pool, it said it was a non-smoking area but many guests were smoking.

Affordable price. Strategic location on the side of the road. There is a swimming pool. Affordable restaurant in the hotel. Mountain view. No toiletries except 1 bar of soap. The facilities are inadequate, especially for the bathroom. The water heater is not working. The sink no longer has a drain. The toilet is also shabby. The room door makes a sound all night long. It seems like many of the hinges are loose. I pray that the building can be renovated, it will definitely be better so it doesn't look shabby and scary. Thank you Victory Hotel 🙏

Everything is okay. According to the price, just a suggestion for the heater to be activated. Because the water is very cold.

I've stayed here twice, it's highly recommended with a price under 100k, there's a swimming pool, don't compare it to hotels with prices above 200 or 300, I've been really satisfied staying here, if I go to Batu I'll definitely stay here again.

The view is okay, overall bad. The room given does not match the application photo, the bed is old and the TV tube looks like ants, there are rooms that match the application but are not given only for advertising purposes, very fraudulent. There is no water heater, a bucket and dipper are provided to collect water, a sitting toilet but the flash is broken, the swimming pool is dirty, suitable for a short stay then continue the trip. Hopefully it will be fixed and there are investors so that it can be as glorious as before because the view is good.

Our family often spends the night here because it is cheap and cheerful, maybe because it is cheap, so yeah, I still appreciate it, it is quite good as an alternative to spending the night in Batu City.

There's only one thing I like, the staff is friendly. But the photo of the room in the application and the actual situation in the room are very different. But what can you say for a price of 80 thousand? Maybe next time the photos in the application will be updated to match those at the hotel.

For the first time staying here, it does look like an old hotel, when I wanted to check in at 12, I couldn't, so I had to check in at 2, coincidentally at 12 there were no cars/motorbikes at all, but at 5 the parking lot was full of cars and motorbikes. The room is actually nice, spacious, and quite complete, it's just that according to the 100k budget, don't expect it to be like a 300-500k hotel. It's quite comfortable for families with a minimal budget
