Clean, cheap, strategic, comfortable. It's been 2x staying here, it's always fun.

Cheap accommodation, frugal, but satisfying. The bedroom and bathroom are very clean. Towels and bath soap are provided. The location is very strategic, in the city center, with a solo mall. AC works well, WC sits, warm water works well, TV has national channels. There is parking inside, enough for 2 cars and approximately 7 motorbikes. The bath mat looks like it has never been replaced because it is very dull and dirty. There is a room deposit fee of 50 thousand. Will be returned when checking out.

The room is old, quite dusty and damp. The bathroom is not provided with toilet paper. The room's air conditioner wasn't cold, the water heater didn't turn on, the bathroom door couldn't be closed, and the mattress had ants.

Affordable lodging near Surakarta City Hall. The location is quite close to Balapan Station and the BST bus stop on Jalan Slamet Riyadi. The rooms are quite comfortable with AC and warm water. Smoking is allowed in front of the rooms and ashtrays are provided. Overall satisfied staying here.

Staff mengantar sampai ke kamar dan memakai sendalnya saat keliling kamar. Kamarnya udah usang. Keset kamar mandi dan closet dekil. Pintu kamar mandi gak bisa rapat jadi banyak nyamuk masuk termasuk kecoa. Istirahat jam 10 malam, jam 12 malam terbangun karena AC bergetar berisik, akhirnya tidur dengan kondisi AC dimatikan. Shower kamar mandi pas water heater on bau gas. Password wifi harus minta, tidak dijelaskan pas check in. Btw dapet rates 200 ribuan pas high season mungkin. Gak worth it sama sekali. Room 206 kalo gak salah.

Kali kedua untuk holiday dan acara ke Solo nginep di sini ambil 3 malam. Staff ramah fast respon, bisa ngeteh malem, cozy and better apapun kendala sangat fast respon, tak lupa dengan kenyamanan kamar yang diberikan vibes nya calm banget di sini, thanls overall sukses selalu Istana Griya 2.

I see in the reviews on maps this hotel has good service, but why is it different from me. Honestly, this hotel has very very bad service. During this time I changed hotels, in this hotel the service was the worst. For the guys at the receptionist who are on night duty on May 13, 2022, why are you so curt? Speak in an unpleasant tone of voice? Can't be polite with guests? I paid for it at this hotel. The chronology is that I came to this hotel at 23.00, I booked from the apk & I gave a note that I would check in at 11. I didn't know that there was a curfew for the parking gate at this hotel because I was in a hurry to go solo with a trip about 2 hours & didn't have time to find out. From the beginning I checked this & gave my identity, it really seemed like I had no intention of welcoming guests. I came without being greeted, asking for a 50k deposit with a curt tone, a cynical look, and what made me the most emotional was when I left the hotel for a while to look for food & returned to the hotel, these guys shouted at me because the gate was already locked. keys & I parked on the shoulder of the road. Really very very disappointing. In stark contrast to the men who were on duty during the day when I checked out, he was very much more friendly. I beg of the hotel to reprimand the masons who are on night vigil on May 13, 2022, so as not to repeat an incident like this again. The cleanliness is okay, but the bed is still a little dusty so we sneeze. Here, it's just a transit to go to Bali. The caretaker is very good. I can cook hot water for lunch because I bring a small child who needs water for a thermos to make milk. The air conditioner needs to be replaced because it is super noisy.

I ordered a room at this hotel using 2 accounts, this account ordered 1 twin bed room, then the wife's account ordered 2 deluxe type rooms. After arriving at the hotel and wanting to check in, it turns out that the order in the wife's account for the room type is full, the hotel's reason is that it hasn't been paid for so they prefer to sell to the customer who came first. This is the first time booking a hotel through the application, when I arrived at the hotel, it turned out that the room was not available, really very disappointing. The response was also very slow to solve the problem above, I had to wait for more than 1 hour until I finally got a room, and even then I had to change types and add another fee.

Without notification at around 10 am the water died, even though the position was still defecating. It turned out that he had just serviced the water pump. The wife took water using a bucket on the 3rd floor, even though she wasn't feeling well. Immediately my wife and I immediately checked out without taking a shower first. After all, there was no apology from the staff. I don't want to stay here again.

Overall nice & comfortable. But it needs to be fixed the hot shower is broken, 1 room has no TV.
