Air minum cuma dapat di awal 2 buah ukuran 600mL, lift hanya terbatas untuk angkut-angkut barang tapi kalau nekat bisa pake buat naik turun, tengah malam lift mati, akses pakai tangga, dan ada kecoa banyak di kamar mandi, harga termurah di apps dapat kamar tanpa jendela.

Hotel sangat tidak care dengan tamu. Deposit kamar lebih besar dari harga kamar.

Saran saya untuk pegawainya: Jika di aplikasi tidak tertera kebijakan tersebut (yang mana customer tidak tahu akan memberikan deposit dengan cash & harus lunas saat check in), maka sesuaikan kebijakan/ peraturan tersebut dalam kondisi tertentu, beragam solusi, tidak harus terpaku dengan peraturan deposit harus cash lunas saat check in. Padahal kebijakan itu bisa disesuaikan loh, apalagi jaman sekarang sudah jarang yang menggunakan cash. Apalagi saya sudah memberikan solusi lain seperti: Apakah boleh via transfer? Atau bolehkah saya jaminkan KTP kemudian beberapa jam lagi akan saya berikan uang cash (taruh barang di kamar dulu, baru pergi untuk tarik uang di Bahu Mall lalu saya berikan depositnya), namun resepsionisnya menolak dan tidak memberikan solusi lain. Kemudian datang pegawai lain & menawarkan solusi: berapapun uang yang ada di dompet saya akan saya berikan dulu sebagai tanda awal deposit, dan harus dilunasi saat sebelum check out, dan saya mengiyakan. Pegawai tersebut solutif sedangkan resepsionis tidak solutif, sepertinya perlu di training mengenai tata bahasa kepada customer. [–] 1. Resepsionis tidak solutif, 2. Tidak ada lift untuk customer (harus lewat tangga), 3. Sprei & bed cover bernoda + banyak bolong, 4. Shower bernoda, saluran air wastafel tersumbat, 5. Tetesan air AC membuat lantai basah. [+] 1. Pegawai ramah, 2. Lampu terang, AC & air panas berfungsi dengan baik, 3. Amenities selalu diganti & diberikan yang baru, 4. Dekat dengan tempat perbelanjaan dan pusat kota. 3/5 Kebersihan, 4/5 Kenyamanan, 2/5 Pelayanan, 5/5 Lokasi.

Kamar kotor di bawah bed ada ketinggalan air minum dari tamu sebelumnya dan TV tidak ada remote kontrol juga, kamar mandinya masih perlu di bersihkan lantainya.

Lumayan bersih lah, tapi kalau extend harus rajin request untuk pelayanan. Slow respon.

Jam check out nya tidak jelas? Saya kelebihan sejam dan itu dikenakan biaya tambahan (125ribu) katanya untuk sampai jam 5? Sedangkan di waktu yang sama ada juga yang baru melakukan check out tapi tidak berlaku biaya extra karena saya melihat sendiri (depositnya di kembalikan full) sedangkan saya di potong biaya tambahan, kamar mandi kotor dan bau, kasur yang 1 udah rusak lift tidak bisa digunakan sehingga harus naik tangga ke lantai 3, minta pindah kamar lantai 2 katanya full tapi ternyata ada yang baru check in bisa dapet di lantai 2. Exprience pertama menginap di hotel ini di tahun 2021 sangat berkesan untuk saya, tapi tidak dengan yang kali ini. Mungkin ini terakhir kali saya menginap di sini.
