Room is big, 100 % worth for money, location is good, there is AC, hot water, parking.

Parah ni. Kita pesan 4 kamar yang executive begitu mau check-in, staf mengatakan yang ada 3 kamar deluxe, 1 kamar executive. Komplain dunk, kata nya fasilitas sama tapi beda ukuran kamar aj. Sampai staff nya menghubungi pemilik dengan tidak ramah dan berkeras nya mengatakan semua kamar executive tapi beda ukuran tapi fasilitasnya sama, ya sama aj bohong. Kami booking executive karena ingin kamar yang lebih besar sesuai keterangan. Tapi pemilik terus berkeras itu sama aj fasilitasnya tanpa mau refund sesuai tarif kamar deluxe. Setelah berdebat dan komplain ternyata ada 2 kamar executive lagi yang kosong yang di awal alasannya uda ditempati oleh orang kost. Jadi akhirnya baru dikasi 3 executive, 1 deluxe. Aneh kenapa gak dari awal aja jujur, tidak berbohong seperti itu. Cukup buat sangat kecewa sampai kami mutusin gak jadi nginap disitu dan ninggalin tempat begitu aj. Untuk semua mikir-mikir lagi lah kl mau booking disitu. Benar-benar mengecewakan sikap dan respon pemiliknya. Sangat sangat tidak rekommended.

Highly not recommended, the security guard is very arrogant, and concurrently a very unfriendly receptionist. The hotel area is dark, and not sterile, as many outsiders are around freely in and out and sitting on the terrace, making the stay uncomfortable and a safety hazard as well. Had a problem related to the room and didn't even find a solution, finally had to go out at 1 pm to find another inn, a very bad experience which I also hope this event doesn't happen to other people.

The bed was broken, the cot was broken, the room was dirty, the curtains were broken. The room is spacious, it just happened to be broken.

The service is not good, the hotel service is ignorant and dirty.

The quality of service is proportional to the price.

Cheap prices but not cheap, comfortable.

The atmosphere is very uncomfortable, the service is very lacking, especially at night the atmosphere is quiet and dark, the night check-in process is very complicated.

The toilet is dirty, slippery and smells like it has never been cleaned, the bed linen is also dirty like it hasn't been replaced. Even though I've been called before and asked to be cleaned

Lokasinya strategis namun perlu ditingkatkan kebersihan, kenyamanan karena banyak tamu atau siapun itu yang kondisi siang dan malam bicara, ketawa keras.

Smelly, stuffy room, slippery bathroom, dirty bed linen, god level gosh. In the past, I often stayed here, for sure, now it has changed a lot.

Does not match the picture. Not replaced all the blankets used and not according to the picture. Because it's already already very disappointed
