It's better, great. Now it's no longer complicated to check in, luckily the old security is gone.

Dirty and very bad. Just opened the room and immediately saw cockroaches walking around. Ended up changing to a new room and the result was the same, cockroaches and ants everywhere, very disgusting.

1. The cleaning staff are only ladies who wear headscarves, okay, they are reactive, even though daily cleaning is one of the mandatory services, there is a female cleaning staff who wears glasses and does not wear a headscarf, it is very rude, when I asked for a mat, I was told to get it myself. Even though the mat is a mandatory item so that water does not get spilled. 2. We have to throw away the trash ourselves, at least if we don't want to clean it, provide a broom in each room and pick up the trash at certain times, for example at 10 am in the morning and at 8 pm. 3. There are lots of black ants on the floor in the living/family room, I have evidence in the form of videos and photos. 4. The staff is very slow and not very responsive, then too tricky and tends to underestimate the tenant. 5. Lack of facilities: no clothes hangers, no cutlery, no drinking water dispenser/drinking water heater, the water heater also has a small capacity of water so that hot/warm water only comes out after 5-10 minutes and can be used. 6. The corridor smells of cigarette smoke and unclear smoke even though the request is smoke-free. 7. The sheets and bedcovers are not changed every day, but at least once every 2 days, we stayed for 3 days but they were not changed at all. 8. The same thing as number 7 regarding towels. Positive: 1. Cold AC, 2. There is a refrigerator large enough to accommodate food. 3. Security is friendlier and more responsive than staff and cleaning staff. 4. Comfortable, clean, fragrant and neatly arranged rooms. 5. Clean balcony. 6. Strategic location. 7. The food is delicious at affordable prices and the delivery staff are friendly and polite. 8. Near the airport. 9. There is Alfa ***** / Indo *****.

The room is quite good, but it smells bad and is not very clean.

I was very disappointed staying at Padina this time, because the bathroom was flooded and slippery, the lights flickered like a haunted house, while bringing alcohol was subject to a fine even though drinking doesn't cause trouble, from the start I stayed there bringing alcohol was no problem, why now I'm being fined, is that true?

The room is clean, the staff is friendly, actually it's quite good for that price, but there's no soap in the bathroom, the TV isn't a smart TV, the food sold at the hotel isn't very tasty.

Got a clean room, very fit in front of the pool so a bit noisy but its okay, will come back again if you want to staycation again

Finally, I got a room where the pillows were hard, the bathroom floor was super slippery and the AC wasn't cold enough. It just so happened that I got a room that wasn't very nice, but usually it's good because it's not like this.

The surrounding environment is really quiet and delicious. It's not noisy with people coming in. Check-in time is appropriate too. Wifi and TV work really well. So staying in the room all night doesn't make you bored. There is a deposit, but it can be taken after checking out. All equipment in the room is clean and smells good❤️. Next time I will come back here for sure
