I had a really pleasant experience at Palm Beach Resort. It’s very easy to find, they have wonderful and helpful staff. I love the swimming pool and you can have breakfast right next to it. Besides that, this resort offers a clean private beach.

when the video was shared, the suite room in front of the beach was quiet and beautiful, but when there were many people selling on the left side it looked crowded and many visitors came, I thought the front of the beach was private for guests staying overnight, but it turned out there were general visitors, so I asked to move to a room a bit inside and waited for the room to be prepared and the lighting was not good, the windows were dirty, the BBQ package used local beef, I dared to pay a lot to stay here because I hoped it was in accordance with the video that was sent but it turned out not to be, please fix it because the most comfortable atmosphere is just waking up because it is quiet

We stayed at this hotel during a business trip to Jepara, hoping to enjoy the beauty of Bandengan beach. However, because it was the rainy season, we couldn't enjoy its beauty.

Hotel cleanliness is bad, there is still a red lipstick mark on the blanket/bed cover, the shower faucet is also not suitable for use, room access to the restaurant pool and around the resort is bad and muddy for superior rooms, Atmosphere/Facilities: creepy atmosphere in superior rooms. Food: not much variety, yesterday the fried rice was salty, there was hair on the plate. Staff Assistance: good. Highlights: quiet, nice, the beach is not too crowded, for a staycation. Price: with quality and price it is quite expensive, the resort next door is cleaner. Location: strategic, but the maps are misleading, because the location is on the edge of the Bandengan entrance, yesterday a large group went straight into Bandengan by 20/person

In my opinion, the 2 nights experience here were less impressive in terms of room conditions, especially at the lowest rate. The pictures on the app are not the same as the original. The pictures on the app are in good condition and the pictures are beautiful. But the actual condition of the room is old and damaged, especially at the lowest rate. Finally, after checking the original, I upgraded to a deluxe executive room. But it turned out to be the same. The condition of the shower was disconnected but not replaced. The door. The toilet could not be opened, sometimes it got stuck. And the glass in the bathroom was transparent and the paint was peeling off. So when taking a shower, it could be seen from outside the room. I isolated it using 4 x 8 paper and duct tape. The condition of the TV was also on and off, the digital broadcast. I asked the housekeeping to come but it was still the same. The point is, compared to the price of 1.3 million per night, it was not comparable. In terms of swimming and beach facilities, it was okay. Regarding the swimming pool, there were 2 incidents where people almost drowned when they entered the 1.7 meter depth area. There were small children and adults. There should be a limit. The food is frankly too expensive. For capcay the price is 60,000 and the price of 1 plate of rice is 18,000. With a standard taste. Next time it might be better. The expensive price is not comparable.

I have often stayed at Palm since 2017, the place is okay, the staff are okay, I used to have breakfast anywhere and it was delicious, the last time I stayed there was on November 25, 2024, but when I wanted to have breakfast near the swimming pool, it was no longer allowed, even though I just wanted to take pictures.

The advantages of staying at Palm Beach Resort. Close Beach Access. Large parking area close to the cottage directly. Lack. Cleanliness is lacking, especially in the swimming pool and bathroom in the cottage. Breakfast lacks variety and the place/dining room seems haphazard with a lack of arrangement. At the same time as a hotel with a price of 1.6 million but the taste of the food is not bad

The bed covers and pillowcases are old and smell musty, and the room feels dirty. The food in the restaurant is really expensive, and the breakfast has a lot of flies landing on the food and the food is not hot or warm.

when I arrived, I was given a view of the garden, which is not a garden, more to the side of the road 1. The receptionist can't handle customers, she's not friendly, she doesn't want to be mistaken, the only ones who are friendly are the guys, the ladies are not very good 2. The room is an old model, dirty 3. The water is dead, Until I had to go to the reception to get the water flowing, it was small 4. The AC was not cold, the fan was not working, there was no effect, it just played 5. The bathroom was not maintained 6. The garden view room was not maintained btw I ordered 3 rooms, 2 normal.
