The location is strategic, on Jalan Riau which is close to many cafes and also the Cihapit market. The price is also affordable for a location in the city center like this. I was also happy because I got a room upgrade, from Superior to Deluxe. Thank you. The AC works well. The room is also equipped with a TV that can already Netflix and Youtube. The wifi is also fast, no interference. Cleanliness is also quite proper. Complete amenities. There is also a Ramen Bar in the lobby which is quite entertaining and can accompany you when you are hungry. The most obvious drawback is probably because the rooms are very close to each other, the door positions are right next to each other and even facing each other. Moreover, it is not very soundproof, where from inside the room you can hear the sound of the TV and chatter in the surrounding rooms, including the sound of doors opening and closing which makes it uncomfortable. The room space is also very narrow, even for the Deluxe type which is said to be 16m2. I can't imagine what the standard type is like, there probably won't be any space to put a suitcase. The receptionist also tends to be grumpy and not very friendly. Another drawback that needs to be considered is the lack of parking space. Fortunately, there is a security guard who is quite friendly and ready to help valet for free.

Have stayed here 3 times, never disappointed. Everything is perfect, starting from the friendly front office staff, especially yesterday at the rooftop breakfast was delicious, bala-bala is really delicious, crispy, delicious, so much so that you get more, the price is pocket-friendly but the satisfaction is extraordinary, perfecto. Thank you Panen Hotel.

Staying here is very satisfying and enjoyable. The staff service is very good and friendly. The location is very strategic, close to the city center and minimal vehicle noise. For cleanliness, the hotel is clean and fragrant in every elevator and toilet. I ordered a superior king room, enough for 2 adults and 2 children. The room is clean, there is a water heater, cold AC, TV and wifi also work well. The toilet is quite spacious, the water heater works well, toothpaste and soap are available. Can have breakfast at the sky view restaurant on the 5th floor, the restaurant staff are good and satisfying. The food is varied and delicious. Next time if you go to Bandung, you will definitely come to this hotel again. Maintain good and pleasant quality, so that hotel guests always feel comfortable.

The only thing lacking in this hotel is the small parking facility, the location is very good, the room is still acceptable. The cleanliness of the pillows needs to be improved, there is a cigarette smell.

advantages:
for that price, Panen Hotel is pretty cool. The customer service is friendly, the security is also friendly.
●Hospitality OK.
●Room cleanliness is good.
●Clean bathroom.
●Toilet doesn't smell. There is no problem with the water, both in terms of its speed, hot water, even the drainage, everything is smooth.
●AC has no problems.
●Wi-Fi is secure.
●Parking is narrow, but the security guard can also double as a valley. very helpful.
The disadvantage, or rather the thing that needs to be fixed is the sound from other rooms which is a bit disturbing. If it could dampen the sound from other rooms better, it would be better. Yesterday it was a bit uncomfortable when the sound of banging on things or hitting the wall from other rooms at night. It seemed like children.
It seems like it will be a regular hotel if I go to Bandung. ~thank you~

The order for 2 superior rooms was changed to Family 1 without confirming to us and the Family area was very narrow with only 1 bathroom even though there were 3 of us with 2 guys and 1 girl. Imagine, we didn't have to share 1 room without any apology from the hotel.
