check in process must wait until 14:00. take the laundry key.
for check out we asked for late check out at 13:00 but was informed that it would cost 45,000. even though we had said to just wait until the dzuhur prayer first.
the trash can is littered with ants.
please provide coffee & tea.
the rest is ok.

We got a room with bunk beds, even though when we booked the room we chose a bed that could be slid down because the children were already quite big. It turned out that after checking the room was still available, so we could move. The room was spacious and comfortable, the internet connection was also fast. The gym and swimming pool facilities were also available to complete our staycation.

Units cannot be requested through external applications, direct booking is required. It is a bit strange indeed. In my opinion, the unit selection is done manually and should be able to be assisted in requesting units

for those who want to stay with family, this is very comfortable and the price is much more affordable. I can cook breakfast and the equipment is provided. the service is good and the staff are friendly. next holiday to Bandung will come here again. recommended.
