If I may give a suggestion, the employees implement what is called 3S. for the room, it is more than enough for that budget. BUT the AC leak marks on the wall which are very numerous should be painted first, it is already bad so it should not be suitable for rent the problem with the BED is very SMELLY, I don't know where it comes from, between the pillow or the mattress. I have removed the pillow but it still smells musty, dry it first at least, if you want to keep renting it The hot water is just right, the AC is cold, the cleanliness is sufficient. only problems with the walls and the musty smell. that's all. thank you very much, see you again

For the price, so far it's pretty good. Smooth water, cold AC, clean bed, TV on, there are windows. The bonus is there are lots of food on the left and right, Alfamart, car wash, enough car parking.

The staff is not friendly, slow to provide service, did not inform about additional costs in advance. After checking out, they asked for additional costs, just because the towel had lipstick stains, they were fined 50 thousand.
