1. Take a long time to check in
2. At the first night, We had only 1 towel. I called room service, receptionist, duty manager. Nobody picked up my call
3. Booked 2 twin bed and 1 double bed. But the hotel gave us 2 double bed and 1 twin bed.
4. Got a smoking floor
5. couldn’t get breakfast because the dining room was full. I asked for room breakfast but the staff denied and required me to wait without knowing how long

April 5, 2025, from 5 pm to 7 pm, the receptionist didn't pick up the phone. When my wife went downstairs, they didn't have anything to do. When I was reprimanded, I tested the phone again from the room and it was immediately answered. Hopefully it will be better in the future. It's a favorite hotel.

Once here, I immediately want to come back because it's that comfortable, the TV is also a smart TV. Even though I got a room with a strange placement of the AC so it felt hot, for those who want to check in, you can ask first where the AC is, so you don't get a dud like me and it feels hot.
