This is the 2nd time staying at Hotel Platinum Tunjungan Surabaya and it is very satisfying. Initially booked for Junior Suite then got a free upgrade to Executive. This hotel is perfect for those who want to staycation in Surabaya because around the hotel there are many culinary along the way just walk. If you stay on the weekend, Sunday on the street in front there is Car Free Day. The breakfast is really good. One of the hotels with delicious and complete cuisine. Such a nice experience is a staycation here.

This is my first time staying here even though I am a native of Surabaya and am really curious about the comfort of this hotel. Overall it is very comfortable, starting from the bed, TV, refrigerator and all the facilities. However, because I stayed during the high season, there were many people who were also staying there. I got a room in room 717. Hoping to find a comfortable sleep, but the room next to mine had many people and was noisy until early morning. I don't know how many people were brought in one room because they were laughing and there were screams and cries of small children which were really disturbing. Moreover, the rooms at Platinum are not soundproof at all. My suggestion, from the hotel, please review it again, don't bring people who exceed the capacity per room, if you bring more capacity, you can book a larger room so that the people next to you are not disturbed by their activities.

Thank you for the room; It matched my initial request and was even upgraded to a better view (2 nights). However, my wife didn't really like that two single beds were combined into one double bed. Overall, everything was very good! 👍
