We stayed three of us. No soap available in our room. We asked the hotel staff for the reason that it had not been restocked and had to wait for the manager. We asked where the manager was, apparently not at the place. We asked to try to contact via telephone, the staff said the HP manager was not active. After waiting for about 10 minutes, finally the three of us only got one soap.

The location is easy to reach, the building and rooms are clean. The staff is friendly and fun.

When delivered by the hotel there were 3 bed rooms in the middle of the night none of the volunteers wanted to place anymore and the room was empty for 2 days. And we paid 700 thousand for the room that was not occupied. The hotel blamed us for not informing, May I say if only the hotel had prepared according to the room our order that we sent via wa and coordinated well. We went to hammer not to holiday, we volunteered to hammer to help build 2 libraries in the village of Wisolo and Sigi for earthquake victims' children. It was really tiring to go back to the hotel and had to go back and forth asking for an unprepared room that had been booked in early July.
