The rooms are very comfortable, like the pictures. The view is really top. At night you can see the city view of Bandung which is very twinkling like a diamond. The hotel restaurant also serves delicious food with a view of the city of Bandung. There are 2 swimming pools, indoor (perfect for adults who are afraid of black skin) and outdoor for children complete with swings and toys. The water is so clear and cool. The air is so fresh. I want every weekend to stay here.

So many geckos coming inside the room at night. Room cleanliness can be improved, as the room's floor was dusty. We reserved a bedroom for 4 guests, and only provided with 2 towels (it is considered extra charge if we asked for 2 more).

It is an old but still OK hotel. Unfortunately, some things need to be done and given more attention, such as the soap in the bathroom was none when we came in. When we wanted to swim, we should turn on the light and the pool water machine by ourselves since no one was around to help. In the morning, we saw a dead mouse in the pedestrian area of the hotel and until we checked out it was still there. Overall, our stay was fine because we can go to the national park that is near the hotel and enjoyed trekking there, and many cafes/restaurants are around the hotel.

I was really in a pinch because all the hotels were full, so I happened to find this hotel. Cemara room, for 4 people. The name is unique, the service is good and very friendly. The room is a bit dusty in some places. Without AC, it's still cool, not hot. Too bad I can't watch TV because there's no signal. Overall, highly recommended.

Please clean the table, floor and toilet more, it looks like the place has not been lived in for a long time, and the walls of the room are too thin, the next room is very noisy, the balcony is also dirty, breakfast is very cold like last night's food.

Please sweep and mop the room before the customer checks in. When I arrived at the room, the floor was full of dust, I immediately called CS using the telephone available in the room with an extension number (zero/0). I asked for help to be swept and mopped but until late at night and until I checked out no officer came.

Only 5 minutes in the room, the window frame came off, there were lots of worms in front of the door, the TV was dead, the cellular network was slow, the wifi didn't support it, access to the room was in the rain, minimal service, immediately turned right back... back to Jakarta, sorry...

The room was nice, but when I arrived there were lots of flies. That's it, all the rooms don't have air conditioning. It's a little hot. Because it's raining. If you open the door to the room, it's cool. But luckily I lent him a fan. So nice room. So cool.

Kamar hotel sebetulnya bagus untuk tipe cemara karena ada 2 bagian tempat tidur, seperti ada 2 lantai cocok untuk keluarga besar, tapi sangat disayangkan kesan pertama datang ksni suasananya creepy, karena hotelnya berada dibelakang cafe terkesan seram karena masuk ke dalam, kaget saat tidak ada satupun mobil yang parkir, sangat hening tidak ada satpamnya, aku suruh suamiku masuk untuk cek takutnya salah tempat. Tapi ternyata itu betul hotel kaget yang jaga reseptionist hanya 1 orang ibu-ibu paruh baya, saya tanya apakah ada roomboy atau petugas lain jawabnya sedang libur padahal saya cekin di longweekend, tidak ada tamu lain hanya dy satu orang? Pas liat kamar kami dibawah, dengan tangga-tangga curam g cocok untik lansia, depan kamar rumput-rumput tinggi dan tidak terawat, kolam renang anak-anak kotor banyak daun dan airnya cuma setengah, tv mati ktnya jaringan sedang rusak, kolam renang dewasa kt ibu reseptionis dalamnya 2 meter wkwk, pas dicoba enggak kok cuma sepinggang. Besoknya kolam renang anak dibersihkan oleh petugas, saya tanya pak airnya diganti g? Jawabnya ga bsa dignti bu alatnya lagi rusak. Waw. Airnya dipenuhin aja. Dan tau apa itu kolam renang ada kodok dan anaknya yang sudah tinggal dstu kyaknya. Padahal ini hotel kalo terawat bagus banget. Atau bagian atasnya digunakan untuk live music kyknya akan lebih hidup g horor huhuhu.
