The hotel is strategically located on the edge of the lake. The view from the hotel to the lake is very nice. The hotel building consists of 2 buildings. The old building and the new building

The sheets and blankets were stained, the wifi didn't reach the room. The bathroom was broken, the water overflowed, there was a lot of dirt and it smelled. Until now, I haven't received any compensation from this hotel. Quite disappointed to be honest.

The dirtiest hotel in the world perhaps, with a squeaky toilet, squeaky windows, squeaky walls. How could you possibly tell a human to stay in a place like that. When you enter the room, you get goosebumps and feel nauseous because it's so dirty. Don't book this hotel, it's a scam.

Enjoy the beautiful view of Laut Tawar Lake from your balcony or window, feel the cool mountain air, and find true peace. Grand Renggali Hotel Takengon is the right choice for those who are looking for tranquility, comfort, and natural beauty in one place, with friendly service and complete facilities. However, on our last visit we were a little disappointed because the room and bathroom facilities were not ready even though it was 3 hours overtime from the check-in schedule. This was also experienced by several other guests besides us. According to the information we received, this was due to several room service staff who resigned coinciding with the peak holiday season. This should be a concern and can be anticipated by management so that the hotel's reputation is maintained.

The hotel exterior, lay out & ambiance are great. I also tried restaurant and meals are good with plenty options. The only downside are the room/bathroom's interior & layout were not designed properly and the worst thing was the water clogged and spilled all over the place. I hope all can be addressed seriously, then I'll give another chance to stay here.

It was a great stay here. The atmosphere is relaxed and beautiful, only the cleanliness of the room really needs to be maintained. The cleanliness of the towels also needs to be maintained. I really support this hotel. Only the staff needs to be more thorough in cleaning the room so that it doesn't smell and the remains of cigarette ash from previous guests can be cleaned.
