Pullman Bandung Grand Central

I had a wonderful 1-night stay at Pullman Bandung. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel is also located close to the city center, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and comfortable bed – I slept like a baby every night. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

It was a nice experience staying at Pullman during our Idul Fitri vacation. The location and surroundings of the hotel were quite good, especially since it's near Sabuga (a running track). Although this wasn't our first time staying at a five-star hotel like Pullman, we felt that the variety and taste of the food at the restaurant, as well as the service from the staff, could be improved. Anyway, we hope to stay longer at Pullman someday—maybe then we'll have a better overall impression.

The breakfast menu has many choices and is delicious, the place is very clean, the staff is friendly, the room is clean, there are only 2 lights in the sink position that are not on. Unfortunately the swimming pool is small and there is no hot water pool. there are no children's activities, because it is during the 2025 Eid holiday.

The AC is not cold. The room phone is not working. The room TV is not working at all. The complaint follow-up is very long, the information from the staff at the same time there are many complaints because the hotel server is having problems.

The service was very good and friendly, the bellboy was very cooperative and very alert, but check-in was very late in the afternoon.

I had the pleasure of staying at Pullman Bandung Grand Central during Lebaran Holiday, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. The lobby had a warm, inviting atmosphere, and I immediately felt at home. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with modern amenities that made my stay comfortable. I especially appreciated the luxurious and large bedding, which ensured a great night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless and well-stocked with good quality toiletries. The hotel's location was perfect – close to many restaurants and outdoor activity, making it convenient to explore the area. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast buffet was satisfying. One of the highlights was the excellent check-in staff. Beside that, every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The concierge's helpful suggestions for things to do or the housekeeping staff's attention to detail, it was clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority. But it's quite unfortunate because they only have a swimming pool that is not that big, because this hotel segment is a business hotel. I would definitely recommend Pullman Bandung Grand Central to anyone visiting the area especially for business trip.

the service and the room are very very good. always a regular every time I go to Bandung. can also check in early. can also ask for a baby bed. maybe the breakfast can be improved, because the pastry section is too babyak, but there is little Indonesian food

The hotel is located in the city center and right in front of Gadjah Mada University.

when I came in had to wait for 1 more hour coz my room still not ready, maybe because of full house. but overall is really a pleasant to stay here. I would love to stay here again with my family in the next trip to Bandung!

For those who want to enjoy the city of Bandung, this hotel is the best because it is close to everywhere because it is right in the middle of the city.
