Great place to stay and we decided to have staycation here three of us. We have toddler aged 2 years old, and she was very happy as she had a great stay with plenty of facilities available. Highly recommended for family with kids. And the restaurant, close to the swimming pool, named "Damar", offer various menu, from Indonesian, Asian, Western cuisine with great taste.

It was amazing. Really like the ambience. Unfortunately, the floor drain at the shower room wasn't working properly. So it got flooded.

Spacious, we had a late check in, and given a fantastic room with the view of the mountain. A bit of a walk, but found out we can ride in the buggy of our family who stayed in the villas. The resort itself if huge and 1 night was not enough. Each area has its own themed playground or activities, suitable for toddler, kids, even adults looking for some sports (paintballs! Archeries!). Definitely looking forward for another stay - although one drawback is to look out for "ganjil genap" if you are driving. Only around 500m of road closure due to ganjil genap during the weekends, the resort need to especially thought about this, since it makes driving to the hotel during weekends a complete hassle. Thanks for a wonderful stay, all in all.

Super satisfied! Thank you for upgrading our room to executive, has so much fun with our baby. As usual the cleanliness, facility, and breakfast were excellent! Surely will be back here when go to Puncak in the future!

friendly hotel staff, strategic location, very child-friendly, many and large pools, the kids pool smells very much like medicine compared to the infinity pool and the family pool above the infinity pool. maybe because the kids pool is used more often by many people. every corner is clean and instagrammable. if only 2 days 1 night it feels less to explore the hotel for children, they are confused, there are many kids activities but time is limited because it is only 1 night. hopefully there will be another fortune to bring children and parents to experience another experience at this hotel

i stayed here for a short period of time, checked in at 15.30 and checked out at 7.00, so far, the facilities provided are abundant, there are two swimming pool, a wide selection for the buffet, (the highlight of the buffet was the bapak jamu stand by at the entrance), and also the recreation room has quite a lot of selection. i also ordered from the in room dining, soto djanda (the beef was tender and the broth was flavorful, however, the chicken schnitzel might need an improvement, the chicken and the mushroom sauce itself was yum, but the mac n cheese is a no go for me.
as for the room i got a complimentary upgrade to executive, the room is comfy, however the ac in my room is not as cold as i would like it to be, even after the technician came up to my room, thumbs up for them for following up in timely manner though!
so far i enjoyed my stay and would like to come back for another time

A family vacation to Pullman Ciawi was a really fun experience for us. From the beginning, we were greeted with a cool and comfortable hotel atmosphere, plus the service from the friendly staff.
I want to give a special shout out to Mas Tegar at the reception who helped us very friendly and promptly, thank you, Mas! Also, the birthday cake that was prepared was really delicious, making the moment feel even more special.
Some of the kids activity areas could be improved a bit, because there were some games that were incomplete. But overall, we were really happy and satisfied with the experience here.
Highly recommended for those who want to staycation with family. Thank you Pullman Ciawi, we will definitely come back again! 😊

friendly hotel staff, check in ready before 14.00, varied and delicious food, many hotel facilities, full kids activity, the downside of a hotel as luxurious as this is that the TV for the deluxe room type that I ordered is not android, cannot use YouTube and Netflix, and there are no cutlery in the room.

The location is not far from the Jakarta toll exit. When we arrived at the lobby, we were immediately greeted by friendly and helpful staff. Thank you to the front office staff (Sister Sarah) who gave us a room upgrade facility so that we could enjoy a really spacious suite room, equipped with a soft and large sofa, making our family feel at home in the room.
The activities at the hotel are also very diverse. Until we checked out, there were still activities that we had not tried, we will definitely stay again in the future. Continued success Pullman Vimala Hills.

There are so many children's activities, all the activities are fun & will not be bored. All staff are friendly, friendly, polite, the service is champion.
There is a PlayArt Studio, children can be creative accompanied by Mas Adi & Mas Alfi.
For the cool tie dye totebag accompanied by the cute Mas Haikal, always greeting with his friendliness. Thank you also to Mba Amallia Guest Relation Officer. Strategic location, clean, comfortable, spacious rooms, delicious food.
