Pullman Jakarta Indonesia Thamrin CBD

Well to be honest all the stay was good, i got upgraded to deluxe with city view. But for that room size hopefully the TV will be better i mean should be smart tv and good ratio. But apparently not so much… and the breakfast taste could be better. Cause i’ve tried in 2018 but suddenly not so good now. Hope to hear your improvement soon

It's our 3rd time staying here, we stayed at grand deluxe room. Front desk staff at the check in and check out process were very efficient and nice. I asked for the birthday decoration in the room for my daughter at check in time (last minute) and she was so kind to follow it up. The room is still spacious with extra bed, very clean and comfortable. Many choices of breakfast buffet at the restaurant. Overall is excellent

It was nice stay at pullman thamrin jakarta. The staffs were very helpful, the food was excellent. It just the ambience of the room still looks old school not like other pullman hotel which looks modern and minimalis. However, the overall rating is Good. Keep it the good work team! 👍👍

Fantastic hotel. Family friendly.

We were first assigned a room which had a shower which was intermittently hot and cold and that did not drain well. It was also a challenge climbing into and out of the bathtub. The Hotel provided a change of room but one of the Wall Outlets and Table Lamps were not working. We were offered another change of room, which we declined. The Hotel then plugged in an extension cord with multiple sockets (which was far from clean) but it provided electrical power, though safety was questionable. As an act of Service Recovery, we were provided some fruit, some bakery items and ONE small bottle of"Jamu"drink! (Even though we were 2 people occupying the room!) I think the Hotel could have done better!

Location good. Very small bathroom. Old hotel likely.

The room was small, the breakfast isn't available to booked from traveloka, the breakfast is IDR385/pax. The night I stayed the electricity shut down twice in the dawn. The bathroom also a bit old.
