Pullman Jakarta Indonesia Thamrin CBD

Fantastic hotel. Family friendly.

We were first assigned a room which had a shower which was intermittently hot and cold and that did not drain well. It was also a challenge climbing into and out of the bathtub. The Hotel provided a change of room but one of the Wall Outlets and Table Lamps were not working. We were offered another change of room, which we declined. The Hotel then plugged in an extension cord with multiple sockets (which was far from clean) but it provided electrical power, though safety was questionable. As an act of Service Recovery, we were provided some fruit, some bakery items and ONE small bottle of"Jamu"drink! (Even though we were 2 people occupying the room!) I think the Hotel could have done better!

The room was small, the breakfast isn't available to booked from traveloka, the breakfast is IDR385/pax. The night I stayed the electricity shut down twice in the dawn. The bathroom also a bit old.

Great stay! Staffs are friendly and super helpful. Can't beat the location, very central and easy access Jakarta 's landmarks and public transportations.

I was deeply dissapointed of this hotel. I slipped in the middle of the night because the AC is leaking so bad and when I call the receptionist, they only sent their technician to fix the AC. I was expecting to get a room change, but no. The technician came and tried to fix the AC but it didn't work out so well, and so they only say sorry. So I had to jump over the puddle everytime I need to go to the bathroom. Overall its a bad experience from a prestigious 5 star hotel.

Spending time at Pullman CBD with my family during the school holiday. It's getting more cozy with joining CFD and trying the MRT in Jakarta. Accessibility is convenient to anywhere. Will be back here again.

Likes: location, public piano can be used freely, lovely lobby. Dislikes: room space too small.

Lokasi hotelnya " bintang 7 ", akses sangat mudah ke mana2, within walking distance ke Mall2 andalan Jakarta, Sarinah, dan bisa jogging pagi ke Monas atau tinggal selangkah ke area carfree day. Breakfastnya luar biasa sayangnya saya kecewa berat dan tidak umum karena free itu hanya 1 pax per kamar jadi HATI2 kalau anda memesan dengan breakfast cek dan tanya kembali pada hotel karena harga kamar jatuhnya mahal luar biasa. Selain lokasi yang bintang 7, Pullman perlu upgrade kualitas interior lobby lantai 1 dan 2 yang menurut saya tidak membuat saya terkesan bahwa ini hotel bintang 5 under accor group dan perlu maintenenace pada area kolam renang yang mana keramik sudah lepas2 dan perlu ekstra perhatian pada bagian bagian2 yang bisa membuat pengunjung terluka karena ujung keramik yang tajam karena terkelupas. Mohon menambah scent yang baik (pengharum ruangan) pada kamar2 anda karena kamar kami seperti bau karpet tidak kering apalagi Pullman kelas hotel bintang 5.

Room very compact, the bathroom also small. Its hard to shower on bathtub when you are tall. I would prefer stay at Pullman Central Park.
