near alun2 kidul, just walk. be careful of the traffic jam in alun2, have to be smart to find another way. the inn is like a house, the car park only fits 3 cars. The inn lobby is dirty, the room is quite clean, only the wooden bed frame makes you often trip. the hot water shower and sink are very fast, great for bathing. no soap, sandals, toothbrushes are provided so you have to bring your own. tea & coffee drinks are provided in front. hopefully it can help those who want to stay here.

The staff are friendly men. Very communicative. The room is quite good, and also clean, amenities are only soap and towels, unfortunately the bathroom sink is clogged pet pet.

The hotel is very comfortable and the location is very strategic, very close to Alun Alun Kidul. Cold AC, Hot Water is also available, the receptionist is very friendly. This hotel is highly recommended for guests who rest at night and go out all day to explore Yogyakarta. Not the type for staycation of course.

The room is actually comfortable, but it smells really musty when you first enter. If you want to stay at this hotel, try not to pay attention to details, because the details are dirty, the staff are old men, so please understand. But the bathroom is surprisingly very clean. As soon as I entered, I immediately wiped the table with wet tissue up to 4 times. The rest is safe, the AC is cold, the wifi is okay, the towels are clean and fragrant, the hot water works well but there is only soap, shampoo and toothbrush, so you have to prepare it yourself. The dim lights made my 2 nights of sleep here soundly. But at night around 23.15 I heard the voice of an adult man laughing really loudly, like it wasn't a person, but I don't know what and who it was, I wanted to ask the man but I forgot. Yes, for the gentlemen, the management is friendly, stay healthy, sir 🙏🏽

The pros of the guesthouse: the bed and the blanket was nice, the air conditioner works fine, there 's TV, spacious bathroom and clean towel. The location is superb, alun2 kidul is just around the corner, easy access to find food and small-local cafes. The cons: the room was small, a bit dark, old wooden furniture, no hot water, and the staff (there 's only one) should have been more friendly to customers.

The location is inside the fort area, close to everything. The room is quite spacious and clean. The lighting in the room is dim, very sleepy. Minus in room no. 6 or the front one, the door lock is a bit tricky. You can ask the staff for help

Just walk to the south square and there are lots of people selling. The hotel is clean, the shower is strong and the hot water is ok, car parking is limited. There are dispensers with tea and coffee in the lobby.

This accommodation is actually good and really champions! It's a shame, it looks like the owner needs to consider adding staff. What I noticed was that there were only two staff on duty as receptionists (taking turns) and they also cleaned all the rooms. So the room cannot be cleaned optimally. The room was very dusty, there was still trash left over from previous guests (in the form of cotton buds). Lots of cobwebs, dusty furniture, the bed smelled damp, and sadly my room had lots of mosquitoes. Thank you very much to the very helpful staff, but once again, the owner needs to consider adding staff so that service can be maximized. But, the bathroom is surprisingly clean. Unfortunately, on the second day of my stay, the sink and floor drain were clogged so the water pooled. Definitely will miss this place. Hopefully there will be an improvement!

When I first checked in, I was given a superior room even though I ordered a deluxe one. Luckily it was immediately understood and could be exchanged. The lights in the room were dim, so it seemed a bit stuffy, and there was a broken bedroom lamp. The bathroom floor is straight, there are no squares that go inside (right in the shower) so if you take a shower, the water will pool everywhere. Access to places to eat is very close, the hotel guard is good.

The hotel staff is friendly, 2 men. Access to Alkid is just walking distance, to Malioboro is also not too far, just maybe far from the supermarket.
