This is the third time we stay at the hotel and it still feels pleasant to visit it every time. You have to take a walk around the hotel in the morning, there are so much thing to see. We love the environment so much. The food is good, the room is comfortable and the staff is so friendly. We would still love to stay for the fourth time

I upgraded my room to deluxe and It was exemplary. I cannot find anything to complain. Puteri Gunung is up to now the best place to stay in Lembang area. They have pools, water heater, good breakfast even though the occupancy was low we still have pastry and fruits buffet plus main course ala carte.
I love this property due to their quietness at night, the greenery all around you, and the chilly air in the morning.

Old hotel but quite well maintained, not recommended for bringing elderly people because the road to the room is steep and when I stayed there it was raining so it was slippery. Breakfast for children over 7 years old is already paid 75 thousand, the food ran out but it was not refilled. I already said the sugar in the porridge was finished but it was not refilled after waiting 30 minutes, it seems like there is a shortage of employees because I stayed during the Eid holiday, stayed 2 nights and the room was cleaned every morning

I booked this hotel during the high season of Eid at a price of 900k. When I arrived in the room, the smell of dust was so strong that I had to cover my nose continuously. After checking carefully, there was a lot of dust in almost every corner that had not been swept away, as if it had been left in the corner.

second experience staying at this hotel, the hotel is spacious there is a flower garden rabbit garden children's playground fishing place swimming pool, the staff are all friendly, the air is cold so even if the room doesn't have AC it's not a problem.
we stayed in the deluxe type, it's a bit further inside from the lobby but it's okay, it's quiet at night.
for breakfast the food is delicious and very varied, the price is affordable and it's located next to the main road, easy to find, the parking lot is also spacious, hopefully next time you can stay here again, oh yes, the swimming pool has cold water and warm water.

This hotel is actually suitable for families but not for the elderly because the distance between the room and the dining area, lobby and other activities is far, have asked to try to move specifically to the elderly room but were told all full even though it looks quiet, while access to the room must be on foot. For a very strategic location to all tourist attractions in Lembang, want to go down to the city only +\- 30 minutes (if there is no traffic jam). The room is okay, the bathroom is clean, but you should pay attention to the cleanliness of the bedsheet and bedcover, yesterday I got a pretty dirty one but asked for a change and the staff immediately changed it 👍 There are many choices of food and the staff are all friendly, well done 👌

Strategic hotel, not far from the hotel there is already Kartika Sari Lembang so you don't have to worry about buying souvenirs, the breakfast has a lot of variations and is delicious, the swimming pool has a warm water pool so for children who want to swim they won't be cold, room 214 the hairdryer was broken and didn't turn on but it was okay✨ thank you, hopefully I can stay again🥰
