Order here around May 1 or 2, it's still far away. But when we arrived it said it was full book, the reason was there was a booking error and we were moved to DonaHome (distance 400 m). Truly, Ms. the guard said it was really nice, she didn't know whether there was breakfast at DonaHome or not, we were told to ask and if there wasn't, we were told to come to Putri Homestay for breakfast. Hello, the distance is 400 m, if we want to have breakfast we have to walk a long way first, what's more, it's their fault, I don't care. Even if we are moved, we just have to accept that it's okay, but it's a hassle for us. Then when I complained, there were the words 'well, just cancel it if that's the case', that was very easy to say, if it's already canceled before the check-in time, it's forfeited. Yes, we are the ones who are harmed many times 🙂 ‍ ↕. We book online well in advance, not just booking or booking on the spot. How come this makes me so disappointed?
