I realised that check in time is before 22.00 hour. But the hotel management can not be contacted to arrange another time. I arrived at the premise and not be allowed and even contacted the manajemen. I have paid the service through my credit card but did not use it.

Very bad place, no receptionist for 30 minutes so have to wait, and on the phone also no one picks up. The bathroom is outside the room (sharing), there is no TV. And cannot enter the hotel after 10 pm (curfew), so you have to return to the hotel before 10 PM.

Clean room, clean bathroom, friendly staff, receptionist could be more informative such as tell us where the kitchen, public space, or bathroom, yes we can find it by ourself of course but I think it's common to brief the guest what and where facilities is
