The worst hotel service, no soap, TV, water heater, telephone, everything is dead. There's always an excuse. If you can't sleep at night, there's karaoke until 3 am. You can see the forest.

What's strange is that at 9:00 AM, it sounded like someone was pushing the door, even though there was a bell. Why is that? Why are only certain TVs in certain rooms smart even though they are the same type?

As for the room, it's good, clean, smells good, and the AC is also very cold. However, yesterday when I stayed there, there were a few towels missing, they weren't available. I asked the OB myself and called the office, but they didn't pay attention. Thank you.

In one of the rooms I stayed in, the AC wasn't cold and leaked, making it feel like a sauna. The bathroom was dirty, the shower didn't work properly, the drain was clogged, the hot and cold water didn't work properly, and the TV was crawling with ants. If possible, the facilities and cleanliness of the rooms need to be improved. If there's anything broken in the room, please check it and repair it immediately so that guests can stay comfortable.
