My reservation for 4 days 3 nights was given room 206. The first day everything went well, I didn't find any problems. The second day onwards I had a lot of problems. It started on the second night, the sink: flash button on the toilet seat: the hose for washing the water didn't come out finally I used mineral water to clean it, then I informed Mr. Kris about the problem, he said the water in the storage tower ran out & was being filled and asked me to wait okay well I followed the direction of Mr. Kris. The next morning on the third day I peed and it turned out that the water still didn't come out, plus the shower water didn't come out either. I called Mr. Kris to convey this problem and he came to my room to check the conditions in the bathroom, after that Mr. Kris just left my room and didn't give any further information then I called the Ametys boarding house cellphone number, my phone was not picked up then I downstairs I saw that the cellphone was left on the receptionist's desk and the three boarding guards were not around the receptionist's inside/outside area. After I waited 10 minutes, Mr. Kris came to my room. At that time at 4 pm I wanted to go out which required me to immediately prepare, I rushed back to Mr. Kris about the problem of the water that had not come out, plus the shower water for bathing did not come out and the water did not come out and I asked to move rooms so I could prepare. After I moved to a new room 208 I experienced the same problem with the sink, the flash button & the hose for the washcloth in the room did not come out of water. After that, the technician came to fix the problem and the problem was solved, the water came out normally and I was able to take a shower. During the process of repairing the AC in room 208, I turned it on until finally I finished taking a shower, it turned out that the AC in room 208 was not cold, then I climbed into the bed and checked that the AC was very dirty, the room was dusty and there was still trash (photo attached). I went down to the receptionist's desk and spoke to Mr. Kris saying that the AC in room 208 was not cold, then Mr. Kris went to room 208 to check the condition of the AC. Suddenly, I was surprised by the information from Mr. Kris, that room 208 was used by the people who stayed there. Rooms and AC are dusty, dirty not cleaned after being left by the previous occupant. Considering I want to go out at 4 pm and I haven't preare at all. I told Mr. Kris that in the first room 206, the bathroom had been repaired, Mr. Kris replied, yes, and I asked to return to the first room, Room 206. On the fourth day at 00.10 WIB I went to the toilet to wash my face, I had the same problem again the sink water happened, the toilet flash button, the hose faucet for washing, and the shower didn't come out of water. Again I use mineral water to wash my face and wipe. Since I haven't been able to sleep at 03.06 WIB, I have the boarding number informing me that room 206, the water still doesn't come out at 07.42, and the boarding officer informs me that I want to change accessories. At 08.12 a.m., bls-bls-bls-bls-bls, because my position was still sleeping and I was hit at 10:00. I want chapters when my phone was immediately turned off by the boarding officer (a skinny man with a mustache) I called back and it wasn't picked up, then I tried to call again but it still wasn't picked up (my position when the second phone call was on the ground floor wanted to go to the receptionist's desk) I have a feeling that the boarding officer intentionally didn't pick up my phone because he didn't want to give my request to borrow a toilet in an empty room. It was true that the two officers (young men) were talking about me. I reprimanded the mustachioed officer who just turned off my phone, and the officer argued that I was sweeping ma'am. That's when I clearly saw him talking to me on the phone and didn't want to pick up my phone when I called back. Until I had to hold my poop to use Mr. Kris to give me a toilet in an empty room.
