It such a good place to stay and the place is close to public places. I really enjoy to stay there but then the facilities should be fixed in the room. The AC is a little bit leaking. And the sheet with bed cover need to be changed, is a bit smelly. The antena of Tv is bad so we couldn't see some programs. But overall it is a good place to stay

First of all, I can't blame quality because it's cheap actually, maybe cheapest among all. But what we feel when we were there, something wrong about the bed, not clean, like there was flea there. Ac was good, anything was good, just our concern about the bed :( Sorry.

The room is nice for reasonable price. But since the owner did not tell us which number the room is, we had to call him once we arrived at the apartment and waited about half hour for him to pick us up. I can say we get really good price, because we got good bedroom with kitchen, AC, refrigerator, dispenser, TV, bathroom, and good view. They provide towel but no soap and shampoo. No garbage bin either, so you need to collect your own garbage. The cupboard and shelves are bit dusty too. The owner placed an eatery menu so we can have delivery order. The apartment is secured since you need the key to enter. There is a swimming pool for the apartment residents but we didn't go there. Easy access to various restaurants around, shopping centers, train station, and Indonesia University. To sum it up, I do recommend this place.

It's comfortable, but the parking fee is outrageous, it makes me give up, all day usually in other places it just stays at 20 thousand, I got to 43000, then an additional fee of 20000, I don't know what the cost, so 63000 for parking a day is even motorbike parking.

The bedroom, kitchen, and toilet are not clean, as long as you rent a room, because there is a minimal budget.
