Maybe for cleanliness should be examined again, when entering the room is a bit messy, the sink is quite dirty. And the room smells bad.

The hotel is a mess, really bad, not according to the photos. Dirty. Like a sex hotel. The walls and roof are moldy. The sheets and pillows are dirty, like they haven't been changed. The doormat is Allahuakbar. All the dust makes me sneeze. The bathroom is dirty, there is no toilet. Wifi doesn't reach the room. Telkomsel's network is also gone. It's really the worst of the worst

The first time I arrived, I just entered the first room, the bathroom light was already off, then I complained to the receptionist asking for a room change, the response was rude but I was still moved to another room, but the AC remote couldn't be turned on, I asked for a room change, suddenly the receptionist went straight to the room, then at night I thought the AC remote could be turned on, but it didn't turn off, the AC was really cold because the remote couldn't be turned on, and when I got in, there were cockroaches, dirty blankets, and even worse, the bathroom. As a result, I immediately checked out and stayed for one night because I couldn't stand it, even though I had already booked for several days.

Springbed, bed cover & blanket need to be washed thoroughly. My wife's legs became swollen red when she woke up after being checked for cellulitis infection. The cleanliness is very dangerous.

next time I will not stay at this Santika/Reddoor hotel again, when I first entered the receptionist/woman did not show any friendliness let alone smile, as if she was not friendly, when spoken to she answered as needed, when I arrived in the room, the room's AC smelled of cigarette smoke, the bathroom faucet/door was broken, there was no hot water. Asking to move rooms looked worse. There is no impression of this hotel at all, wanting to move hotels is a shame the money is gone, reluctantly
