- The drain is clogged with lots of hair. - There are cockroaches. - Lots of cat droppings. - Children over 5 years old are charged an additional fee of 50 thousand. - Cleanliness is not well maintained (the reason is that there are only 2 employees)

The photos of the actual room do not match reality, there are lots of deceptions, I regret staying there next time, I won't want to again, the service is also very bad, I'm fed up, it's not that I don't want to put the photos together, it's just that it's not nice to look at.

In the past, the stay was okay, now it feels lacking, the staff is quite friendly, but the one who handles the CI set 12, when asked for a price, they have to be strict about checking in at 2 even though the room is ready. I also work in a 4-star hotel, if the room is ready, I invite them to enter without charge, if they are repeaters, they have paid for early check-in using cash, they don't sign any bill or invoice, they ask for a check-out more than half an hour later, now it's not possible, the information is that they will be charged 100, I think this will be my last stay here again, please revise the policy, please note that Mr. Pri should be more helpful, the staff used to be Irgi 🙌.

Nyaman sih sesuai juga dengan d foto kasur nyaman bersih ada guling juga 😄 cuma tempat makan hiburan nya juga masih tutup entah karena sepi juga. Yang paling penting sih kurang shampo, kalo bisa d adain biar lengkap. Trus d lorong nya juga bau pipis kucing karena ada kucing juga liat disitu. Untuk kamar nyaman semua.

The hotel room was small, there were very noisy visitors, 2 girls and 4 boys in one room, at night they disturbed the next room until they ran around in front of the corridor, the door was really heard, felt uncomfortable, the hotel staff was friendly, responded quickly.

The rooms are minimalist, just right for the affordable price, the building is new but the bathrooms are dirty, the water park is free but unfortunately the water park is dirty and isn't cleaned, the pool has a lot of dirt that has settled, maybe in the future it could be better because the staff also has a lot of major cleanliness.

Dapet harga 160rb soalnya dapet diskon dari aplikasinya, sangat sangat worth enak banget, ruangan bersih, ada AC, smart TV jadi bisa login Netflix, air panasnya juga lancar jaya 🥰🤍.
