Confused about the room type, it's not clear
According to the owner's WA Chat Information, the difference between each room (all of them already use AC)
Standard: Room without terrace
Premium: Terrace + Room larger than standard
Suite: Terrace + Room + Living Room
Family: Terrace + 2 Rooms + Living Room
Check-in experience, booked a suite, but was given a room without a living room, by the staff, they said it was the same. After chatting with the owner again, the staff gave me a room with a living room.
The service is the same as other guests' experiences, the standard service is "touts", don't expect to be served like in a hotel/lodging. Almost all the staff are like that, indifferent when meeting guests, even when taking ID cards there are no words "Thank you" or anything, just left after giving it.
btw, the receptionist ladies who are often discussed in reviews, happened to not be there at that time.
Cleanliness is so-so, the room smells of dust, the blanket doesn't seem to have been replaced/washed because there are some new pen stains.
There are some gecko eggs in between the bed frame.
The hotel is still worth the price under 200 thousand, but even though it is considered a cheap hotel.
If it is for a vacation, it is not recommended, because of the attitude of the staff. It distracts your mood.
But if it is just for transit, with a cheap price it can be an option.
The location is very strategic, on the main road, behind the expanse of rice fields. To the beach, just cross over.
Security is maintained, monitored by several CCTVs. And the vehicle number plate is requested for security.
It's a shame the hotel is good, the price is cheap, but the service from the staff is really lacking.
Hopefully the service will improve...

Nore for the lady who looks after the front office, when receiving guests, please smile politely, be kind and not bitchy, please condition your pouting face, I've stayed in HD many times but it's still dirty but still maintained, the towels are very thin, the toilet above has a hole in it, In room 18 of the restaurant there are no stalls but the Batak woman who works in the front office is also looking after her, she's bitchy, I'm sorry, people want to buy and not be served, and they want to renew their room and are ignored.

Location: good strategic. Room service: very good (office boy) Office service: not very good, especially the ladies who guard the front office near the shop from midday to evening. Cleanliness: clean bathroom only smelly towels. Room condition: large, soft cashier. Food: there are no restaurants, there are stalls that are staffed by Batak women with grumpy faces who never smile at people and ignore them every time they want to buy. Fortunately, there are lots of places to eat nearby that sell food. BTW, if you want to stay overnight, be careful with me at the front office where we book or make hotel reservations, they are very unfriendly!
