The hotel staff is friendly, the room is clean, close if you want to buy food and drinks because there are many places to eat and drink around it. It's just that parking is paid because parking is in a public parking lot but it's okay because it only costs 10 thousand until check out.

Stayed 2 nights with a comfortable atmosphere. Forgot to take pictures of some special spots for the hotel, but it can be seen from one of the photos that the parking lot is quite large, it can fit about 10 cars and more motorbikes, freely. Strategic location, near the station. Checkout at 6.00 am to catch the train departure at 06.30 just walk to the station only 5 minutes really close. The atmosphere is lively especially on Saturday nights because there is live music in the cafe, suitable for people like me who are a little afraid to check in if the atmosphere is quiet, even so you can still rest comfortably because the live music only lasts until about 11 pm. Close to the town square and the ceplak night market, all can be accessed on foot. The room, bed, bathroom are all clean and tidy, only the shower in room 114 doesn't work, so it's not very comfortable when taking a shower. If there are similar facilities in other rooms, hopefully in the future the hotel can pay more attention and immediately repair the damage. Thank you 🙏

The hotel's location is very strategic, just a 5-minute walk from Garut Station. The room is quite clean, the facilities are also complete. There is a wardrobe, TV, AC, Towels are also provided. The only thing missing is a toothbrush. Friendly service, you can also ask for hot water to make coffee or cook instant noodles. Overall good.

Honestly, this is the worst hotel I have ever booked. If it wasn't because it was already late, I would have chosen to move hotels. I got room number 111. When I entered, there were cockroaches inside. The towels looked like doormats. I even asked my friend, is this a towel or a doormat? The pillowcases were dirty and smelly. I was fed up.

Friendly staff, great location in the city center, easy to get around, especially near the station, but no toiletries except towels so you have to buy them yourself, the bathroom floor is dirty and yellow with crust. Otherwise it's good.
