The water is strong but the heater doesn't work. In the room, 2 bottles of 600 ml mineral water are provided every day, tissue + towels. Bring your own toiletries because they are not provided. The wifi is smooth, when checking in, the staff on duty immediately gave the password. Unfortunately, the room lighting is lacking. So it's a bit scary at night. The smoking area is next to the non-smoking room so when you open the door, the smell of cigarette smoke enters the room. There is no bathroom door handle. There is no hanger for towels in the bathroom. There is no tissue in the toilet either. The sink leaks a little so sometimes the water drips. It's a bit uncomfortable with the fine regulation for dirtying the sheets but we got sheets that still had stains. The sheets have actually been washed but there are still stains, so I was a bit worried that we would be the ones who dirty them. Fortunately, when confirmed with the staff, the response was good. With a price of almost 200 ke per night, I'd rather look for another one because I've stayed in other cheaper places but the quality is much better.
