The staff is very polite, AC in the room are okay, but there is no proper internet 🛜 service, TV is not working, signal loss, no shampoo 🧴, no clear towel, and dirty washrooms. These problems should be addressed to attract more guests on this facility

The place is a bit remote, entering through a road that only requires 1 car, parking is required outside in an open field. There are dogs, the service is not friendly, no smiles at all. The blanket smells, the room smells, a sign that it has not been cleaned properly. Lots of dust. At least cleanliness should still be a priority so that guests are also comfortable.

Very disappointed, besides not being in accordance with the photos, the service was very uncaring, I had booked 2 rooms through the application and had paid, but only 1 room was left, the other was given to someone who came directly. After that, I was told to wait until 3 am to occupy the other room, and it was not certain, asked for a refund but Reddorz refused, the reason was that they could not refund, even though the mistake was not on me, then because I insisted on not wanting a refund, I was transferred to another Reddorz near Margonda at 3 am, even though the other room was not occupied, because since 1 am I had decided not to use one of the rooms, I brought my children and there was no way I had to wait until the other guests left, so I decided to check in at another hotel.

Owner is not friendly, Officers are serving Guests, but are disturbed. Cleanliness is very lacking. Rooms smell. The checking process takes a long time, must confirm with the owner, and takes a long time, the room is not well prepared.
