The wifi signal is completely unreliable and ultimately impacts the smart TV provided cannot be watched properly. There are no tissues provided in the room. The hot water does not work because according to the staff it uses solar power so during the rainy season the hot water will not work. A small clothesline for towels needs to be added. The rest of the other facilities are okay.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. So far it feels like home. Comfortable. Quiet. Although there are rooms where the AC is not cool or the bathroom door cannot be closed, but when we reported it, the staff's response was very good, we were offered to move to a more comfortable room. As long as there are other rooms that are still empty. Thank you Red Doorz Guntur Raya.
