Towels, toothbrushes, soap were not provided, even though other rooms were provided. The room door was difficult to open and close. The bathroom door could not be locked. The sheets were torn. The room was a bit dirty, not soundproof so it was noisy from outside and other rooms. Lots of mosquitoes. There was a TV but no remote, so it couldn't be used. There was no electric kettle or facilities for drinking hot water.
